Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Quiet, clean & functional. Well appointed kitchen. Beds and linen were very comfortable. A/C worked well too. Loved the hammock for afternoon naps!
Negative: Not really that good a spot to walk into town. We typically stay on Convent beach and found that so much easier to walk into the main town area. I also found it rather odd to receive a “noise alert” notice! No mention of “noise monitoring” in the booking or the onsite compendium. Found that rather unsettling for two specific reasons. Firstly, I don’t like being monitored without appropriate notification. In fact audio recording conversations without guests being made aware is illegal! Secondly, I did not at any point during my stay have “loud” conversations, music nor playing games as the text suggests. In fact the most annoying part of my stay here was the incessant barking from the door next door! I went out of my way to ensure we weren’t a bother to those neighbouring properties. I do also think that lawns and gardens are I need of some attention. The lounge looks old and tired. The temporary layer of foam on the top of the lounge really isn’t very appealing. Especially when paying over $5k for 4 nights for 3 people.
