It has five double rooms, one of them located on the first floor of the house and free of architectural barriers for people with reduced mobility and with a bathroom with shower. The other four rooms are on the second floor with three other bathrooms, one of them incorporated into one of the rooms, all overlooking the garden. It is the only house with a large private pool with trampoline in the San Sebastiรกn area, with communication, to the center every 5 minutes with two bus lines. In the front of the house there is a terrace of 100 m, and the pool can be used from Easter to the end of September. It has a dressing room plus bathroom with shower with hot water in the garden. It has space to park four cars and you can enjoy a garden of more than 1,200 square meters with built-in barbecue. The house also has a chicken coop where you can enjoy the eggs on arrival as a gift, apart from other gastronomic details of the region.
