Positive: The host meat us at the apartment and showed us all. Suggested wat to visit and where to eat. Thank you very much.

Negative: The big minus I would say is that I was unable to close the windows. The mecanisms were damaged. And issues with the WiFi. A lot of time it was offline and had to wait until it was back online.
