Positive: - The whole house is cozy and welcoming. For sure, the experience is intended for tourists that want to experience the life in a quiet typical Cascais neighborhood. If you want 4-5 stars, there are other options. - Wonderful neighborhood with very nice, friendly and welcoming neighbors (and shop employees). - Located 15m from the property, there is a nice shop that offers everything a tourist needs. You win a lot of vacation time if you choose to buy your things there. - In the area there are some really nice and simple restaurants where you can experience the local cuisine. - The living room is spacious, overall layout is good with kitchen accessible direct from the entrance area. - Sleeping rooms are cozy, a bit on the small size, but fine overall. The beds are comfortable. - Plenty of storage spaces. - The patio is intimate and has a nice tree that makes a good shade. - All the rooms are adequate lit. - Because the neighborhood is quiet, you can park without problems on the street, right in front of the house, hassle-free.

Negative: The following things are already reported to the staff, so they will probably be fixed in the near future: - Cleanness could be better, especially in the bathroom. - There was some dust here and there that was, probably, forgotten by the cleaning person. - The shower glass panel needs proper fixing. - Overall, the whole house could do with a new makeover and some tidying up. Nothing serious on the negative side.
