Summary: Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received I am unsure if this can be looked into during your stay. If you need any furtehr assitance please do not hesitate in letting me know!
