Positive: There are a few positives about this apartment that stood out during my stay. The property has a beautiful aesthetic, from the gate to the interior décor, giving a good first impression. DSTV was available, providing a range of entertainment options. The kitchen was a useful amenity, allowing us to prepare our own food, which is always a plus when staying in a shared space.
Negative: The shower was filthy with mould, and despite complaints, cleaning made no difference. The area suffers from poor sewage management, causing a constant bad smell, particularly in the bathroom, where the window curtain was also stained. The air-conditioner was old and unreliable, and the beddings, even after being changed, were still stained. Only one towel was provided for two people, and the hand towel wasn’t changed during the stay. The kitchen, though useful, was poorly maintained, with dirty equipment and surfaces. Overall, the apartment needs significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.
