Our studios are located between the metro stations Marquês and Faria Guimarães, which can take you to many other places in the city - including your university!

Ruby Charm Houses is a company dedicated to the accommodation of tourists and university students in exchange, headquartered in Porto, Portugal. Our mission is to provide maximum comfort and well-being to everyone who travels to Porto, whether for leisure or for work/study.
With several properties within a typical old urbanization (Island) close to the city center, our clients will have the opportunity to enjoy the city in community with people from different parts of the world.
A deposit (security deposit) of EUR 200 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
