Summary: There was a severe lack of services to fix problems identified in the apartment. The wifi was not working in either of the rooms and all we were told is it couldn't be fixed. We also had to pay extra money for towels that we wanted to use at the pool. Those towels were taken from us during the 1 in 3 day room cleaning services. I ask for them back but no attempt was made to provide them.
