Summary: Beautiful grounds with Zebras and Giraffes wandering around. Very warm welcome from their welcoming staff and everyone was great. That being said, the lady who processed our check in was rather peculiar and annoying. We were tired after a long journey and she just seemed to be relentless and making us book restaurants at the hotel for every night of our stay and said how they get full service quickly. They don’t. Seemed to almost hold the room key hostage until we had made some bookings which we later cancelled. Everything else about this hotel is perfect with exception of the WiFi being patchy and slow. Would definitely recommend.
