Positive: Romeo Hotel — Very welcoming front desk, excellent and knowledgeable concierge, and a friendly, helpful portier. The bed was very comfortable. Location is great!

Negative: What I didn’t like: the lobby feels like it’s missing a bit of soul, despite features like the water fountain. Breakfast was just okay—croissant and pain au chocolat were fine, but I expected more given there’s a 1★ Michelin restaurant in the same hotel. Everything is à la carte, and the staff could be more attentive. Overall, the value for money isn’t really there. it feels like the hotel has lost a bit of its spark. I also asked to extend my stay for 3 more and requested a better rate abut the response felt a bit rigid and not very accommodating, so I decided to check out.”
