Summary: Owner Fulvio came to our room while we went out to get some drinks in the evening. He literally turned off the AC while the outside temp was >30 c. He opened the window of the bedroom. I found such behavior very rediculous and rude. Maybe it is common for Italians to come to the customer room without permission. My son has multiple mosquito bites due to such action. Of note, we had to stay in a different room for the first night. My son had multiple blistering bites over his tarsal, arms and legs - most likely from bedbugs. Not a good experience.
