A Swedish "landscape" (in Swedish: landskap) is an ancient form of state, which is important in the field of culture and folklore, regional tourism and geography. The villa is located in the middle of this area, just outside Linderöd. A large natural garden allows you to enjoy plenty of privacy. Here you will discover rare flowers and plants like orchids, little blue wood anemones and lilies of the valley along with beautiful birds such as falcons, woodpeckers and red kite. It is quite possible that a moose family will run through the garden in search of food (apples!). And the same goes for deer and fox sometimes...
Each morning you can buy fresh rolls and wienerbrød (a roll of puffed pastry) for breakfast in the village shop in Linderöd.

This villa (103 m2) is equipped for a family who would like to enjoy a comfortable holiday, even if the weather is not great. It is suitable for adults but also for children. There are books, games and TV channels including youth and sports channels. The house is heated electrically. The living room has a wood-burning stove which delivers a cozy warmth especially in the cold season. Furthermore, there is a leather sofa, a large TV, a radio and a CD-player.
In the kitchen there is seating for 6-8 persons. It is well equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, casserole and gourmet set. There is also a 4-burner electric hotplate, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, large fridge, large freezer, coffee maker and kettle.
The master bedroom has a large double bed. There is also space for a crib or a folding bed. There are 6 closets. The second bedroom can be used in the daytime as reading /play room. In the evening the big sofa can be pulled out and can serve as a bed for 2 persons. A crib can be placed in the second bedroom as well. There are tables, chairs, a bookcase with books and games.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink with cabinet, shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a beautiful fishing lake with wharfs just 450 meters from the house. Here one can catch (mainly) trout, pike, perch and roach. A fishing license is available on-site.
Would you like to explore the surroundings of your house? There is a lot of nature and culture to discover. The whole of southern Sweden (including Linderödsåsen) contains an enormous cultural treasure. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are old towns, villages and markets worth visiting. At a distance of 14 km, in Hörby, there is a modern public swimming pool with water slides and other attractions where both young and old can have great fun. Linderödsåsen is located 14 km away and is known for its rare flora and birds. You can play mini-golf or go swimming in the Bosarpssjön. There are three large lakes at Ostra Ringjön, located 19 km away. Between the lakes there is the 18-hole Bosjökloster Golfclub golf course (30 km from home, only open in summer).
A trip by car to the east and south coasts of Sweden also has much to offer! The Skånes Djurpark animal park with its Scandinavian animals and numerous activities is approximately 30 minutes driving distance. Kristianstad lies to the east and is the capital of the province. It is only 30 km away and is worth a visit.
Malmo is 66 km away and is the third largest city in Sweden. Sights: the Malmöhus Museum from 1434, the Rådhuset (City Hall from 1546) and the Sankt Petri kyrka (St. Peter church, 14th century). Malmö has many parks, including Kungsparken and Slottsparken Pildammsparken. You can go shopping in Triangeln, a modern shopping mall. Next to the main square with the Stortorget town hall, Lilla Torg is a small square with really old buildings and restaurants, cafes and pubs. Outside Malmo there is a beach.

Christmas and New Year's Eve in Sweden are usually celebrated with the family. This house allows you to celebrate these holidays in peace and quiet, without stress.
