The Casa Lisa is a small hotel by the Saxons around 100 years ago, former farmhouse in the sleepy village of Cand / Reuss village - near Sighisoara / Sighisoara. The house was renovated in loving detail by the owners and converted into a romantic cottage in the country style. The renovation was carried out exclusively with labor from the village, carried out largely with recycled old materials and to tradtional craft methods.
The CASA LISA is close to the entrance of the village with views of the hills, fields and forests around. The beautiful, 700 square meter plot is fully fenced and extends to the rear end up to a small stream. Direction Dorfstrasse protects a wooden gate against unwanted exposure. In the enclosed garden children find plenty of space to play and explore. Just a few steps from the house begins the gently rolling hills with deciduous forests, fields, grazing sheep - peace and nature. A small staircase leads to the entrance on the south side, through which you enter the first room. You will find a fully equipped country kitchen with induction cooking plates, fridge / freezer, sink, cabinets, etc. Through an open passage takes you right into the small dining alcove with old Saxon Bank and dining table - in the evening you can sit here in front of the open fire in the stone fireplace. From the dining area a door leads to the bedroom, equipped with double bed and wardrobe. Upon request we provide an additional cot here. Also from the kitchen you reach the small, very attractive bathroom. Instead of tiles Boulders were used here, you will find a shower, toilet and vanity. Next to the bathroom a staircase leads to the former shed, which was expanded to the conservatory / living room. Here are 2 comfortable sofas that can be used as beds. From here you enter directly the green garden with vines, a fruit tree, herbs, etc.
