SMOKING RULES
A $495 fine will apply for evidence that the following rules have been breached.
- You are not allowed to smoke in the property
- Please keep smoking to the back area or the front of the property
- Dispose of the butts safely and not in the gardens or on the floors
FURNITURE, FIXTURES & ACCESSORIES RULES
- You are not allowed to use any furnishings while wearing wet clothes
- Coasters must be used at all times located in the dining room dresser
- Place mats must be used on the dining table (located in the dresser in dining room).
- Bathroom towels are not beach towels please only use them in the property. There are a few beach towels for your use located in the linen press – (in main bathroom in green shopping bag)
STOLEN & DAMAGED GOODS
IMPORTANT THEFT WARNING: Our cleaner lodges an inventory list after every clean.
SOCIAL GATHERINGS & NOISE
- Parties are not permitted.
- Visitors are welcome to visit you at the property.
- No visitor is allowed to sleep on the couch.
- You are responsible for making sure all invited visitors follow the house rules.
- Please be mindful of the neighbours & Golfers and keep noise to a respectful level.
- Noise level Curfew 10pm


OUTSIDE PROPERTY RULES
- Make sure Keys are left in the lock box upon vacating otherwise you will be charged a replacement fee.
- Ensure BBQ and Gas bottle are turned off after use

POST CHECK OUT RULES
- Please put all rubbish in the council bins when leaving the property
- Make sure Keys are left in the lock box upon vacating otherwise you will be charged a replacement fee.
- Leave all towels used on the floors of the bathroom
- You must clean your dirty dishes before you leave
- Ensure all your items are taken/disposed of out of the fridge
- Last night at the property please run the dishwasher as the cycle is too long for the morning and make sure it is empty before leaving.
