Summary: I booked for a 2 day stay, room was poorly cleaned and was dirty, paint chipping, vents was moldy and roaches. My second day the water was off the whole day, I ask for half of my money back he refused and tried to shift the conversation, i paid for a service i should not be without water for a whole day and not be reimbursed.
