Welcome to the Roadhouse. The Roadhouse is in the center of Lake of the Ozarks. This is not a lakefront property. It is better. Bring the Band! Bring the cousins. (4) king bedrooms and a bedroom with (4) queen bunkbeds. Bring your fun and see and the whole lake. The Sunrise Roadhouse is just minutes from the best beaches that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. This well-appointed FIVE plus bedroom home with four full bathrooms on 2 levels is located directly off Hwy 5 in Sunrise Beach, MO. Lake is a mile east and west of this home. A quarter mile from the Woods grocery store at the intersection of State Route F and Highway 5. With the hub of operations located in this two-level home, you can reach Frankie and Louise, Captain Ron’s, Branding Iron, Woods Grocery, Pappy’s Pit Stop, and any other needed convenience within minutes. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers, RV's, even RV connections may be ready by the time you check-in. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit.
This is a private commercial building, functioning as a private ‘hotel’ for your enjoyment. This building has been built to enjoy, celebrate, party, and get loud.

You can enjoy the best of both worlds at Lake of the Ozarks. Go fast, big waves, pretty people, rich and party on in the East world. Or the easy West side, chill, pretty people and have a good time world. Located right on Highway in Sunrise Beach. Easy access with trailers, trucks, and motorcycles. Parking for over 50 cars. All paved directly off Highway 5.
Home for 16 adults with the capacity for as many as you want to bring (provided they bring something to sleep on). The Sunrise Beach Roadhouse is furnished with three King private bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 Queen bunk beds. The lounge area downstairs could be used to accommodate much more comfortability and has two full bathrooms and laundry facilities. We have all you need to cook and serve a meal to 12 people and more. Accommodations include all the facilities, towels, laundry detergents, soaps, shampoo, and conditioners for up to 12 adults. There is a gas BBQ grill located on site and gas exchange is located at Woods Supermarket.
I am a proud product of Franklin Township, Indiana and Camden County Missouri Public Education, UMR, USA Army MP Veteran, and a fun-loving man. I have hired the best craftsman and laborers that would show up and as many veterans as I was lucky enough to hire to transform this old hair salon and 40.0 acres into something that will provide a place many families will enjoy themselves and explore this wonderful area my father led me to. The railroad tie wall next to the fire pit was built by me at age 16, 50 years later I never envisioned a hot tub sitting atop it. I live in Edwardsville, IL most of the time now when I am not here at the Roadhouse or at my lake house on Alona Point, VRBO #568071.

Did someone ask about fireworks?! They sell them ¼ mile away. It is illegal to shoot fireworks in Sunrise Beach, so look out for Deputy Dog. You can see the area downhill of our property has no fire risk. And no fireworks inside!
The cancellation policy is 100% refund if canceled 30 days before arriving. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations before 2 weeks of check-in. There will be no refunds when canceled two weeks before check-in.
Filtered City Water, Softened. Washer and Dryer on site.
All bedding is washed between customers including the mattress protector, comforter, and sheets.
We have boats and wave runners you can rent. We also can arrange for transportation. We know several captains that can drive you around the lake, pick you up minutes from the Roadhouse. Otherwise try these guys:
