The cozy 900sf apartment has a king bed with futon and sectional couch for guests to sleep. Along with the garage downstairs where you can lock up your bikes and hang out while either cleaning your bike or taking off your gear. I do have a bike stand and a shop full of tools if needing to do any maintenance along with a Traeger you can cook or bbq with.
