Summary: The first day we arrived and they told us that there was a problem with the water and had to move to another Riad for one night. I suspect that it was nothing to do with the water, but that they were over booked. This actually helped us get our bearings, although was a rather chaotic start. Be aware that the Riad is not called Ma Bandra Spa, it is in fact called Riad Iklil, although there is no external signage to say either of these names. Be aware it can be a bit tricky to find and navigate through the alleyways at the beginning, and the taxi drops you about a 5 minute walk away. It's only a short walk from the Riad to good restaurants and taxis. The staff are brilliant, and give a great introduction when you arrive on things to do, where to go and advice on how to handle yourself. Tariq and Imran were always on hand and very warm and welcoming. The place is very clean and well maintained.
