Positive: Very quirky hotel attached to a petrol station with so much memorabilia for the car and bike racing enthusiasts it was a fun overnight stay on our journey to Portugal. Our room was a great size and again quirky but so welcoming for our dog with a big bowl of cold water waiting for her and another big bowl with a full packet of premium treats was such a nice touch. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We found a tapas bar close by in the evening and the complimentary morning breakfast was more than adequate with freshly baked bread and large croissants with ham and preserves. Situated close to the motorway and could refuel before our ongoing journey.

Negative: View from window overlooking skip yard but the room itself had so much to look at it and lovely and bright.

Summary: Perfect for the car, biking enthusiast which my husband is and has told his biking friends to put on their list
