This stunning Scottsdale home near Kierland Commons is remodeled and is guaranteed to impress! There is an open layout concept with large gathering spaces both indoors and out. Relax on the covered patio couch and watch the golf tournament, or take a swing for yourself on the putting green. This home also features a large Fort/Treehouse as well as a Game court equipped for Pickleball and Basketball! This backyard is one-of-a-kind and is sure to please all of your guests.
In the backyard, you will also find a resort-style pool and spa (pool has a deep end) that can be heated year-round for your enjoyment. Indoors features a gourmet kitchen equipped with premium appliances, stocked with utensil drawers, cookware, and more to make you feel at home. The fabulous primary suite features a beautiful full bathroom with private access to the pool. The secondary suite is on its own wing of the house next to the bunk room. The awesome bunk room boasts a private entertainment area. There are two queen bedrooms next to the primary suite in the west wing of the home. All bedrooms have their own TV!
