Summary: The staff was very friendly and the suite was a good size. But the room itself was not what I expected. The bathrooms have a very small/short toilet, and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. In our room the toilet paper holder was broken, probably from someone using it to get up from the toilet. There was a chunk of the shower missing. On more than 1 occasion, the ac would not work properly and it would get really warm in the room. We had it set on 69 and it said the room temp was at 73. Housekeeping “refreshes” your room every other day. They said we could call and request more towels, which we did. And they said housekeeping would bring them up to us but they never did. We frequently had to go down to the front desk and get more towels. The toilet paper is very thin. And we ended up running out of body wash in the shower, and housekeeping did not replace it. So we had to go get more from the front desk. We could hear people on the stairs all hours of the night.
