Positive: Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Upon arrival I was given many suggestions about the best places to eat and interesting places to visit. The room was great. Clean and very comfortable with an amazing shower and the terrace was just the best place to chill out. The location is perfect. Situated in the old town with both the beach/promenade side and port side of Trapani within easy walking distance. Plenty of places to eat or have a coffee nearby. Overall a very charming place to stay.
Negative: No complaints. Very happy with the place.
