A newly renovated heritage home in the heart of Vaughan where there is no shortage of things to do. The home is so cozy that you probably won’t want to leave but if you do choose to step out, Wonderland, Vaughan Mills, Reptilia and so many other must-go places are minutes away.

We haven’t seen a heritage home so beautifully renovated. A mix of cozy, chic and modern, this is a perfect place for a little family or a professional couple. You have everything you need in the vicinity as it is located in the heart of Maple/Vaughan.

Please note, if any of these house rules are not followed accordingly, you can be removed from the premises without a refund, and with additional penalties.
These rules are in direct correlation with the fact that we want every guest to enjoy their stay, have a lot of fun, and create memories in a clean, and comfortable home. We respect all guests and ask for the same respect to spread mutually amongst us all.
As long as these rules are followed, we are really nice and easy going hosts.
1. No unauthorized parties, unauthorized visitors or gatherings of any kind. Should you break this rule and have a party of any sort, you and your guests will be removed from the premises without a refund and you will also be charged a $500 fine.
2. No smoking of any kind in the home. We will be forced to charge you for the odor removal which is north of $300 each time we have to get a company to come in at the last minute to remove the smell before the next guest check in. If the next guest cancels because of any smoke smell, we will charge you for that stay as well.
3. Please make sure to not put any sort of garbage, kleenex, paper towel, or anything that will clog the toilet, including excessive amounts of toilet paper in the toilet.
4. Please ensure to check out by the 11am check out time. There is a $100 late checkout fee, if the late checkout is not authorized.
5. You will have a large garbage bin in the kitchen. Excess garbage beyond that is a charge of $20 per bag for removal. We ask that you take your garbage with you to not have any additional charge. (If you are staying longer than 6 days, we will give you the garbage schedule so you can simply leave the garbage outside on city collection days)
6. Any damage caused by you or your group, you must notify us right away.
Thank you for choosing our home! FYI: The home is not a shared space. It is completely private. However, there is a small commercial unit attached to the building which has a separate entrance. That space is used for botox, fillers and beauty aesthetics. Our guests are eligible for a discount with studio SHQ!
