Summary: The staff are amazing - so friendly, helpful and professional! The rooms are bright and comfortable, however, there is nothing Thai about them - not a single ornament or picture. The grounds are huge with plenty of shade but sadly the pool is too small and extremely noisy (lots of children) for the number of guests, which is the biggest disappointment.
