Summary: It’s a great room but all the furnitures are very dusty. My friend and I was disappointed with the breakfast it’s not very good at all it’s very greasy and the orange juice that I ordered it’s not 100% orange juice it’s blend with different fruits. Also the front desk staff are not ver presentable I was expecting that they will wear some sort of uniform but they wore everyday clothes, they look rough. It’s not very professional. When my friend and I checked in past midnight on Friday 08/14th the front desk lady who assisted us didn’t provide us the breakfast vouchers for the breakfast I paid, didn’t give us the instructions on what to do the next day check out to get out of the parking that I paid for. I had to ask for it the next morning. I travelled all over the world and stayed at 4-5 star hotels and I never had a bad experience I’m very disappointed. As I said the room is great it’s wonderful but the rest that I mentioned I would give it 1 ⭐️ rating.
