Positive: The location was very good and central. Close to Atocha train station and very easy to walk to most areas of Madrid.

Negative: The photos of the apartment were a little misleading. The bathroom was also quite small. Rather than provide many kitchen utensils & cleaning products for someone to cook & clean with - provide little things like coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, small containers of milk for the coffee and tea. These were the useful things we appreciated at all the other apartments that we stayed at during our trip through Spain & Portugal. Also, having to put down a 200 euro security deposit was unnecessary. No other apartment on our trip did this. The upstairs attic space is useless. The instructions to access the apartment are initially quite frustrating, especially after a long plane trip.

Summary: Disappointing.
