It is located below a separate main house and has its own driveway and entrance. The house itself overlooks the beach, Playa Rosada, one of the most beautiful, secluded beaches with a world class surf break. You can float in the pool and watch the surf.
No need to get in a car to go to the beach. It is a 2 minute walk. Playa Rosada includes an intimate restaurant where you can finish your surf session with a cold beverage and delicious food while watching the waves crash into the sunset.
Apartment has air conditioning but the breezy climate and screens let you open the windows and enjoy the natural elements including the sounds of birds in the trees and waves on the reef. Kitchen is set up with appliances, filtered water and 5 gallon bottled drinking water.
Enjoy Wifi with streaming internet and TV. The space is perfect for remote work. Also included is a full generator back up power system.
Housekeeper and pool staff work part time keeping everything clean and comfortable.
