Summary: Our stay was interesting. We initially spent most of the stay trying to find a suitable rooms as the staff hadn’t made any arrange arrangements or acknowledgement to rectify several issues. It wasn’t until a formal complaint was submitted that a duty manager upgraded us which was a recommendation made by us. All in all not the stay we expected
