Summary: Great accommodation and pool. About 80% of food served in restaurant was grown on the farm. Fantastic walking trails around the farm from 2 - 16km in length. All very well marked. If you go pay for the farm tour run by the owner, Luis. For 15 euros per person you will learn so much about the land and the way regenerative farming works. The tour is by tractor and trailer in the late afternoon - you will see all the farm enterprises from sheep, pigs, jam making, fig fire water distillation, organic vegetables etc. The tour brings the whole concept together and helps you understand why the farm and accommodation is the it is. Great scenery, wonderful walks, nice swimming pool and welcoming, knowledgeable staff.
