Positive: The staff were indeed very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of parking available.. and the hotel is placed perfectly to leave schwabisch hall without hitting traffic
Negative: The facilities were average. Very basic. The rooms can be a bit more equipped.. the room cleaning was done only if I asked for it..
