Summary: The staff was nice but they speak little to no English. The location is nice and close to many shops and the city center. The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm.
