I want to rent out one Bedroom with farm view and Northern lights view(On all lucky forecast days) with separate Bathroom. Currently I am living alone in the whole house and only looking for responsible individual with no Pets Please.

- Have enough space for parking on the street (If I park inside the garage, you feel free to park on driveway)

- House is just 6 months old so basically everything is Brand new
- Have BN sturdy beds with firm mattress
- All the kitchen utensils and everything is stacked
- Plenty of storage in basement
- All the Bedrooms are locked with the keys
- Big enough backyard with farm View
- Laundry on the second floor next to the bedroom

A person must like to live in clean, quiet environment and keep consider as own home.
