The Modern House is a beautiful 540 sq ft private house. The house boasts a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is a nice 3 piece bathroom with shower. The Modern House also boasts a deck with a large covered patio with swinging chairs, BBQ pit and hot tub. We also follow the dark sky initiative and the star gazing is amazing on clear nights. This stunning Terlingua vacation rental is located 3 miles from the Big Bend National Park and a few minutes from the Terlingua Ghost Town. If having a relaxing vacation, away from the hustle bustle and privacy is a must, Paisano Azul Ranch is for you. Since we are in the desert and water is a precious resource, we offer a hot tub or a cool pool for those who would like to use it after along days hike for an extra fee. The hot tub fee is a one time fee of $100 on top of the rental fees. The cool pool is a one time fee for $40/booking during the summer.
