The area has many parks close by and several bike-friendly paths, making it ideal for people who love spending time outdoors.

Navigating the nearby area is relatively straightforward. We’re in a great location that’s walkable to Las Olas Boulevard where there are many shops and restaurants to enjoy. If you want to explore nearby areas, there are many transportation options available: water taxis, trolleys, taxis, buses, and bicycles. Ride-sharing services like Lyft & Uber are also available.
