• 2800 square foot, 3-bedroom/3-bathroom one-story house with spacious and open main living space, easy indoor-outdoor accessibility, grand piano, comfortable designer furniture and gas fireplace for cozy evenings.
• Quiet & serene hilltop property with a skyline view that feels very secluded yet close to everything. Walk to Ventura Blvd. Take the canyon to Sunset Blvd. Hop right on the 101, 134, or 405 freeways. There's also a beautiful hiking trail right across the street!
• Private & gated compound with ultimate privacy and no immediate neighbors nearby which is very rare. The house allows for lots of privacy between guests as well, as the bedrooms are very separate from each other and the rest of the house.
• Large chef's kitchen with double oven, six burner stove, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook.
