1. We don't have a cleaning fee, just leave the studio as you found it. (The cleaning service starts at $80 please avoid any cleaning fee.)
2. Parking is on the front side of the property
3. No extra visitors. Please try to avoid making loud noises between 11 pm and 8 am to allow neighbors a peaceful nightโs sleep
4. No Guns
5. No pets
6. No smoking or other use of tobacco products (including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping devices, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) is permitted in any part of the studio.
7. Illegal substances or activities are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the Property.
For long stays there is not refill of toilet paper, towels, linens, shampoo or hand soap etc. In case of any accidental damage, weโll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy, as per the rental agreement you have signed, and could be grounds for immediate eviction from the Property.
