Positive: I booked this for my daughter’s 30th birthday as a gift for her and a friend. I chose this for the central location and the aesthetic of the building. From my initial contact with Frane, I couldn’t have asked for better service. As soon as frame became aware that it was for Amber‘s birthday he went over and above to ensure that she had a special stay. The room allocated to her was beautiful and had a view of the old city, which was stunning frame even made sure there was a welcome bouquet of chocolates placed in her room for her birthday. He also arranged the transport from the airport to the hotel and insured that the driver would meet her with a sign with her name on. Once checked in they were given a list of recommended places to visit and eat in the town and that made their stay feel special and they felt very welcome. The place was spotless looked beautiful and was a very central location where they could easily walk to all the various activities shops and restaurants. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I have only been to split for a day when visiting on a cruise, but fully intend to return to split and spend some time at Porto Nativo myself to enjoy the hotel and the beautiful town of Split. Thank you to Frane for all you help.
