Summary: Better than the pictures! Lovely , clean room with everything we needed including a very nicely appointed bathroom. A great host who obviously cares about keeping a nice place. There is a common area that served as the (excellent) breakfast room. It took a minute to figure out how to get to the hotel and I’m sure our lack of the local language contributed. When Google Maps says you’re there, you are. Enter the code you received with you confirmation and the gates on your left open to a secure parking area. No ZTL. An elevator, large enough for a bicycle case, will take you to your floor. If you arrive by train, 200 meters from the station and basically flat. 15 minutes walk to the center of town or the bus is 50 meters. What a great value in Parma.
