Summary: Property was nice. Apartment was somewhat clean, but needed much more. Ants and insects throughout apartment. Apartment was bleak with amenities. Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. Landlord and future renters came in the apartment, unannounced and surveyed the apartment about an hour and a half before departure time. When asked to leave, they did. Unfortunately, the future renters peered in windows and continued to knock on door to ask when departure would be. Also, when waiting for a the car service (before my departure time), future renters came on the property and only when the situation escalated did they leave. Property manager risked party's wellbeing by trying to flip the apartment quickly.
