Summary: Location was good. Towels sheets, beds were good. Surfaces were clean. Not worried about rodents or bugs but the floors were not clean. Deck and access could use a little maintenance but doable. Lots of little steps and uneven flooring. Not great for elderly. Little bar down the street is huge bonus.
