Positive: The location is quiet yet close to the central part and the port. Maria is excellent host and super nice. The place is not that big but has everything you need. I'd definitely recommend it.

Negative: I have just a single minor complain - the wooden flooring is quite squeaky. Normally I'd not mention it but with a baby-light sleeper, this was unexpectedly inconvenient
