Positive: The building was quite new, near the city centre, easy to find.

Negative: There were many things which we didn't like: 1) The staff didn't respond to any of our messages in our Booking.com conversation. 2) Noone did respond to our WhatsApp messages until we called via regular phone and spoke with the staff in fluent Italian. 3) We weren't allowed to enter the building without sending all our passports via a WhatsApp conversation. 4) We received couple of dirty towels with dark sports and hair from the previous guests (see attached photo). 5) Neither the fridge nor the kettle had an adapter to plug in these devices into the electricity so it was impossible to use them. 6) The wash-basin drain in leaked water onto the floor. 7) Following items were missing in the room in contradiction to the room description on Booking.com: iron, desk, other toilet, air cleaner, hand sanitizer. 8) The air-conditioning was switched-off next day morning and there was 28°C in the room.
