Positive: Amazing holiday! We were originally supposed to arrive a week earlier, but unfortunately, I was ill. The staff were kind enough to let us postpone our stay, even though they didn’t have to. We really appreciated that, and it made the holiday even more special. The staff were incredibly caring and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They helped us plan trips and save money by recommending alternative transport options, restaurants, and more. We didn’t even have to ask. They approached us because they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and make the most of our trips. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional. We would definitely love to come back!
