Summary: There is nothing 4-star about this place and at the time I booked, I chose it because its description claimed that it had a full-service spa and provided a FREE airport transfer. Nope, the spa does not exist and not only is their transfer not free, it costs almost three times what a Uber costs, for a very short ride to the airport. They conveniently fail to mention that there is a nightclub on the premises, so I was kept awake by loud music and inebriated people talking loudly in the corridor the three nights I was there. Anything that could go wrong in my room (219) did exactly that - fridge did not work, kettle was leaky, the the bathtub stopper had to be manually removed because the knob was purely decorative, the shower was either a pressure hose or nothing, mirror frame was held together by rusty staples, somebody obviously took a pee in my room before I arrived and didn't flush (gross) and the aircon was a mystery. I'd set it to 24° but it would keep going down to 21°. The neighbourhood is just as awful, so avoid this place like the plague, unless you intend to catch it! Totally not worth the high price at all!
