Positive: It was lovely.
Negative: The staff were rude not only to me but to many other guests. The manager knew that his staff are rude but I felt he was stuck with them. Just getting a simple coffee was a challenge at the bar. I was going to book another few days as it was so nice, however, the staff attitudes stopped me, so I left and have gone elsewhere.
