Positive: The condo was close to everything. Stocked very well. Everything you needed was there.
Negative: We were on the third floor. There isn’t any elevator. It was very hard to bring heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. All 3 of us have health issues. We could only use the beach 1 time. It would have been exhausting to bring chairs & very thing you need up & down 3 flights of stairs for 6 days. We booked it to enjoy the beach but were disappointed. You need to put in the description of condo no elevator. Also it says the fee to park is $20:00. When we arrived we payed $25:00. It needs to be updated. There isn’t any AC in the bedrooms. They have fans. The fans haven’t been cleaned. They are loaded with dust. We took it upon ourselves to clean the tower fans so the dust wouldn’t blow around & we could keep cool at night. We noticed the first night when we arrived.
Summary: Due to no elevator we will not stay there if we return to Hilton Head ,SC
