This 2nd floor apartment boasts 14' ceilings, original wood floors, the most comfortable King bed and 4 additional twin beds. Walk out your door and choose from Billy"s Grill and Bar, Mr G's or RX Pizza across the street or have your morning coffee at Village Coffee. You won't find a more fun/comfortable stay in BCS. Downtown Bryan
There is not assigned parking. This is Downtown Street parking and is available first come first serve. There is parking on all 3 sides of the building. There is also a parking lot between Main Street and S Bryan that you enter from S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace (2 blocks away)
Main and Bryan St are limited to 90 minutes Monday-Friday 8am -5pm.
W 26th does not ever have a time limit.
Event evenings (First Friday- every month) and Weekend nights park early to get close spots.
There are train tracks that run through downtown Bryan. We provide sound/white noise machines and ear plugs for guests who are sound sensitive.
