Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It’s nicely located at the beach and not too far from the bus station. Some rooms have a nice ocean view and they are spacious. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The host is very nice and a great cook. We really enjoyed the Sri Lankian dinner (fresh fish). The beach in front of the accommodation is beautiful with the fishing boats but not for swimming (swimming areas and other beaches nearby).

Negative: Our private room and the bed weren’t clean. Without an AC in our room it was way too hot and humid. The area around the accommodation was very dirty. Unfortunately the combination of heat, fish and trash smells made it very smelly.

Summary: okay for one night, budget-friendly :)
