I have a newly renovated single story home located in the beautiful Sponge docks area of Tarpon Springs Florida. This entire property has been totally renovated and furnished for comfort and conveinence . Two enormous bedrooms located on opposite ends of the house are total class. The master bedroom has a king bed and expanded bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk in shower. The master also includes a quality fold out leather couch and 50inch flat screen. The other bedroom is equally as large and furnished with 2 queen size beds and and XL twin. It also sports a 50 inch flat screen and a full bath. The kitchen/dining area flows into the living room. Everything is brand new. Located off of the garage area is a sweet utility room with washer/dryer utility sink and a 1/2 bath. A beautiful carport and a 2 car garage complete the enclosed areas of this beautiful historic home. The outside of the property has a patio located off of the utility room. The water side (back) has a new paver patio deck with deck chairs and table. The docks have been totally redone and can accomodate a boat of most any size in a private wet slip. Two kayaks and two paddleboards are also stored at the property for your active pleasures. Fishing poles are available and an outdoor grill are also amenities at your disposal.
