Positive: The location was awesome!

Negative: There were a lot of issues with the house that we messaged the management company about several times that were not addressed. Broken dishwasher, oven didn’t work, ceiling fan didn’t work. Ice maker didn’t work. Garage door didn’t close. The pool was dirty when we arrived. There was trash in the yard from workers, 1/2 eaten pizza slice in the front yard, water bottles, cigarette package in the back. The workers were there the entire first day repairing the fence. They left trash from the fence in the yard. Also, for a house of that size the kitchen was ill equipped with cooking equipment. Pots and pans and baking dishes were very limited.

Summary: We had a great time with family at the house but the house, for what we paid, was not worth it!
